Installation and Startup Support
After the sale we want your installation and startup period to be as smooth as possible.  So we'll be here to provide free unlimited online and phone support for the first 30 days.

Free Online Support
After the initial 30 day free support period, we will be glad to help you via email with any problems you may encounter.

Yearly Renewable Maintenance Contracts
You may purchase a maintenance contract, renewable yearly, at a cost of $300, that will entitle you to unlimited phone and online support.  You may purchase support for each additional user at a cost of $75.

You may also purchase the Enhanced Support Contract at a cost of $500.  The enhanced contract includes 1 version upgrade each year.  Support for each additional user would be $125. 

On-Site Training
We are available for on-site training, either one-on-one, or one-on-many at a cost of $1000 a day plus out of pocket expenses.

Per
Incident Phone Support
If you would rather pay for support on an as needed basis, we offer paid phone support on a per incident charge of $75.
